Title: 15 and 25mg Valium

Is there a 15 and 25mg version of Valium or is it just fake or a rumour?

Nope, 10mg is the highest dosage diazapam is manufactured in.  Go for the Roche Valiums! (They're better because people think they are, so it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy placebo effect type thing)

With a few 10mg valium and a roll of tape you could invent the 15mg or 25mg valium and, perhaps, become world famous.

No such dosage in a single pill has every been made.

I would not be so sure about that, I had contact with an underground steroid lab, they also manufactured pills. They had 5mg Alprazolam (could be split in 2 parts) pills and 10mg Lorazepam tabs (could be split into 4 parts), but no licensed pharmaceutial company supplies such crazy high dosed pills
